Is Feeling Extremely Thirsty A Normal Side Effect After Stopping Smoking?
Hi I am on day 9 of no smoking after 20 years of smoking. Everything is ok but I am incredibly thirsty. I can't seem to quench my thirst. I know water is a good way of eradicating the toxins but the amount of water intake I seem to need now is excessive. Is this a normal side effect?

May be this one also the same. Water intake is always good. A healthy man should have an intake of 7-8 litres a day. There is no maximum limit. After some time, all the symptoms will go off of its own and the body and mind will manage and adjust with the new situation in hand. Have patience.
