Hello, I just need to ask if there is a thing as OD'n or taking too much Vit C to kill a cold? My son thinks drinking a 2 gal jug of Orange Juice is gonna kill his cold faster... I tried to tell him that too much of anything, even vitamins is not good for you... He is now in a debate with me that it's not true.... I know i read in a health magazine and worked in medical field as an Admin Asst. but i still know that i've heard doctors say more than once people think that a lot of anything is a magic cure.
