Is Endoscopy Safe To Treat Leg Pain Due To Protrusion??

i am feeling pain in back side of left leg while walking and standing. my MRI report opinion is broad based left para central protruad of L5/S1 disc with ligamentum flavum unfolding causing narrowing of bilateral lateral recess left more that right and compression of transiting left S1 nerve root. small postero central protrusion of L5/5 iv disc causing slight narrowing of bilateral recess but no radicular impingement. if surgery then wher i can have the endoscopy surgery and what is the cost thanking you.
