Is drinking alcohol harmful for my health ?

i drink three beers in aweek.i am 30 years old. my hight is 5ft and my watt is 52 kg. i do exercise regularly. if this drinking is harmfull for my health?

Beer contains 4% of alcohol.., at present of 3 bottles of beer for week will not have effect on the health.., but taking large quantity will have impact on the health..., better to change the frequency to 1 beer for a week...

It is good that you quit drinking.

If it is difficult, you can reduce to once a week.

I suggest you to go for healthy ways of recreation like movies, outing with family and friends.
