Is Dizziness Which Worsens On Swift Head Movement An Indication Of Vertigo?
I work nights a few nights a week. a few days ago, after sleeping on my right side on a flat surface floor for about 1 hour, I found myself dizzy and it worsened if I laid back down or moved my head too fast. This has lasted for 3 days now. I don t know what to do. It feels like vertigo.
