Hi & Welcome.

Incomplete data like purpose of using Anastrozole in your daughter??
I can understand your concern for your beloved daughter.
Yes, it can cause depression in young children.

Anastrozole (aromatase inhibitor) is mainly used in the treatment of breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Its common side effects include hot flashes, fatigue, joint pain, nausea, increased heart rate and blood pressure, mood disturbances and depression.

Severe side effects include an increased risk of heart disease and osteoporosis.

So, in my opinion you must stop giving her Anastrozole and consult her treating doctor for an alternate effective but a safer drug for her condition.
Hope I could answer your query.
Best regards.
