Kindly get a urine pregnancy test done immediately.
You have ejaculated inside your girlfriend. Even though some semen had come out there is a very high chance of semen remaining inside as all the semen cannot come out.
Get a pregnancy test done and if negative repeat t tests and get a ultrasound abdomen done to confirm the same
