Is Daily Intake Of Miralax Advisable For Severe Constipation?
I was taking metamusal 3 times daily to maintain a healthy bowel situation. I had lots of gas from meta and recently it hasn t worked as well. I have had severe constipation recently and it was recommended that I try Miralax for relief. It worked after three days.Now I wonder how to use it....only when needed? or daily? I have read all the warnings about Miralax and am concerned. Please respond. Thank you.

chronic constipation may be a result of excessive junk foods, and also becsuse of low fibre diet. Try to regulate your eating snd sleeping habits.
