Is Daily Consumption Of Cognac Bad For Health?

i drink 50 grams of cognac every day in the evening (no other alcohol intakes during the week), other than that i live a very active and healthy lifestyle (exercising every morning for 60-75 minutes) and eating healthy. My questions is whether this daily consumption of cognac is bad for health?

Hi..thanks for your query. I would like to congratulate you for controlling your amount of alcohol & following a healthy lifestyle. If you are able to keep alcohol intake restricted as you mentioned; Then it is not harmful & Might even be beneficial for your cardiovascular fitness. But as a word of caution, too many people are not able to restrict their alcohol intake to a certain amount for a long time & hence it is better if you keep your spouse/close ones & your family doctor informed about your alcohol intake pattern & any changes in it subsequently. Good luck
