I have been sickish for 12 days.The symptoms varied days 1 & 2 but since it has been like a bad cold but not a usual cold.
I have coughed up a lot of clear mucus -- some with palm more last week.
The coughing comes & goes -- has been lessening. The back of my nose/top of my throat is irritated but real congestion is rare -- just a drip I think from nose to throat. When I cough I can really hear & feel it in my chest/lungs. It's not a usual cold for me which is usually drippy nose, congestion, congested lungs & coughing -- distinct phases in that order. Plus the stuff at the beginning was odd. I would just think of it as a bad, different cold but I don't know 1. if I'm contagious or 2. should go see a doctor.
I'd like help answering 1.&2.Day one I had a weird sharp pain for 3 hours or so. Went to bed. Gone in the morning.
Day two My head hurt all over -- very odd-- almost like my bones hurt. Sinuses but all over.
About days 7&8 I had a much milder pain on the other side when I coughed or laughed.
Side pain gone now. If it wasn't for this I would just think I had an odd, bad cold. YYYY@YYYY
