Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Your pregnancy should be considered high risk since you have already had three cesarean sections and with only one year interval in between each of them, while a 2-year gap between pregnancies is usually advocated. This means, every time you conceived within a couple of months after the delivery. If you wish to continue this pregnancy, choose a specialist who can handle this. Please get regular follow up, sonograms to test fetal well being and scar strength, adequate rest and report the slightest adverse event to your consultant. Delivery will obviously be another cesarean section. Hope this helps.
