MY 48 YEARS AGE UNCLE IS HAVING (50% 70%) BLOCKAGES, SO DR. SUGGESTED BYPASS SURGERY . WHEATHER BYPASS IS THE ONLY SOLUTON

Bypass is a good option. As dilating the vessels at this point will not be very effective. If would have provided angiography results in detail, it would have helped to reach better diagnosis and hence the best treatment option.
