Is Burning Sensation In Right Abdomen Post C Section Suggestive Of Reopened Stitches?

Hello, I had a c section 6 weeks ago and have been going on 2 mile walks every other day for the last week. I have started having right side abdominal pain internally- the external incision feels fine. In the mornings the skin is tender but by the end of the day it feeling like a burning/stabbing pain. I ve not went on a walk in 3 days but it is still bothering me. Could I have reopened my stitches? What are the signs or symptoms I should be looking for?
