Is Burning Pain While Urinating A Cause For Concern?

Hello, so a few days ago i had diarrhea and vomited. I now seem to have a burning feeling when i pee and it does really burn around the out side and would prefer not to got to the doctors because i don t want he/she to examine my vagina, but of course i will still go to get treatment i just don t want to be examined. I have tried ice which helps to ease the pain is their anything else i can do? It really hurts and burns when i move around i am also fifteen years of age. Thankyou in advance.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to dehydration and urinary tract infection.
Urine routine, microscopic and culture help in the diagnosis.
Take following advises:
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple.
Tablet septran, Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital
Empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder.
Wear pure cotton loose inners and mainatin proper pelvic hygiene.
