You have developed urinary tract infection. Burning micturition and difficulty in passing urine are signs of urinary tract infection. I would advise you to get a urine RE/ ME done. You will be required to take an antibiotic course depending upon the result of your test.
If you are suffering from recurrent urinary tract infection you may consider consulting a urologist and get an ultrasound done for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile, you should drink lots of water which will help to flush out the bacteria. Also, Cranberry juice is very helpful in treating urinary tract infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
