Is Burning And Pain Around The Skull Post A Hit A Cause For Concern?

I was playing football and hit my head really hard on the goal post. Now it is constant pain and burning around the area. I have a smell dent in my skull and I just feel sick all the time. Should I get checked up or is it just brusing causing the pain?

To me, it looks like bruising and impact of pole that is causing pain. But to rule out small skull fracture, concussion injury to the brain and to see emissary veins are intact, you need to consult a physician who will go for a radiological investigations to rule it out.


Take plenty of fluids and Ibuprofen.
