hello, welcome to HCM. Yes it would be advisable to avoid usage of bluetooth device as the radiations are certainly more in its usage compared to mobile phone. And even though studies are still going on but data till now do suggest higher rate of health disorders in excessive exposure of radiation. Wish you good health.
