Hi welcome to HCM.
Blue colour is more aptly called cyanosis. This can develop due to impaired circulatory filling of the peripheral blood vessels due to reduced cardiac output .This is due to Valvular stenosis or blockade.A 2 dimensional echocardiography can help to quantify the cardiac output accurately.Valve repair can help to increase the blood flow and improve cyanosis.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
