Is Bloody Urination A Symptom Of Trichomoniasis?

About 3 weeks ago I had sex with my girlfriend. She was on her period. But about the same time I had sex with a random woman. I started having blooding urine. Then bloody leakage. Now I just have a itch inside my penis close to the head. Does that sound like Trichomoniasis ? I was also thinking it could be a UTI because of having sex while she was on her period.

Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

The bloody urine is suggestive of acute urinary tract infection or urethritis. It can be sexually transmitted disease as well. Your further work up is needed in form of urine routine microscopic examination and urine culture. Elisa testing can be done to rule out sexually transmitted diseases. According to culture specific antibiotic prescribed.
I suggest you to consult Urologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
