Is Blood In Urine Post Intercourse A Concern?

My boyfriend and I were making out a couple of days ago and (this would have been the second or third go) but when he got fully hard it got really sore and hurt him. We waited a while then tried again but same problem... Then he went to pee and when he came back he said that there was blood in his iron and that it stung him the whole time.. It s going on day 3 and I m really concerned..

Your partner might have here acute urinary tract infection or acute urethritis....
Chlamydia and mycoplasma like non gonococcal urethritis also might be cause

Work up needed with physical examination and urine examination along with urine culture...

You should be given empirical antibiotic and than according to culture report specific drug given...

USG will be useful to rule out stone, cystitis and kidney affection if present...

Meanwhile fruit juice, more water given

Excess spicy food avoided

If any suspicious growth present (chance less) than cystoscopy needed for biopsy..
