Hi,
Let me reassure you that traces of blood in urine are not going to cause miscarraige.

The blood in urine must come from either kidneys, ureter or bladder. The most common cause is infection such as cystitis ( infection in the bladder). That is the reason they have sent your urine for testing for microorganisms.
Other common causes of blood in urine in this age group are kidney infection and kidney stones. You do not have kidney infection as you do not have its symptoms like high fever and pain below rib cage.
If there is no infection found you may be advised an ultrasound to look for kidney stones.
I hope I have been helpful in putting your mind at ease. If you have any further queries contact me through Healthcare magic.
