General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis or minor injuries following endoscopic procedures. Nothing much to worry and in most cases, it will settle by itself.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
