I really appreciate your concern, sinus is not such condition that can be treated with invasive procedure but it can be well managed with simple things like drink more water have some hot drinks, steam inhalation, and if it is the infection then anti-biotic need to be tried one has to take the care of sinus for long time and it is not advisable to treat this invasively hope this information helps.
