Is avoiding stress after heart bypass surgery better?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...ihad a q heart bypass 10 years ago should i avod stress as my comperny now wants me to start driving long disternes to work

4-6 hours a day plus do 8 hours on site or work away and i find this veary stressfull age 56

As per your age is concerned stress is not suitable for you and you should avoid it.As according to your heart bypass surgery 10 years ago and your working pattern prone you in more stress.U should avoid stress anyhow.

Hello, Its regarding my dad, 13 years ago he had a triple heart bypass, 3 weeks ago he had a pacemaker fitted and today hes had stents fitted. the stents that was fitted took over 3 hours because the artery was so blocked, they had to take all the fatty deposits out before the stent could be fitted... They have kept him in hospital. he also has stage 3 CHF. whats is life expectancy now hes had this work done?

Hello Dr. Stephen, My father had gone through heart bypass surgery 5 months back. Today he undergone TMT test and it came out to be mild positive. Is it normal? Generally how much time it takes for patient to recover completely. Thanks for your response in advance.
