Is Arthritis, Related With Facet Arthropathy And Disc Displacement?

I am a 50 yr. old small-framed woman. I had 2-level cervical fusion at age 40. Now I am experiencing headaches, tingling/numbness/pain/weakness on right side, dizziness at times, ringing in ears. Had MRI/CT Scan 2 days ago. Reading report , I am seeing terms like Shallow Disc Displacement, Mild Facet Arthropathy, Spondyltic Ridging. What does all this mean? Do I have arthritis, or possibly something worse?
