Is Apple Cider Vinegar Effective In The Treatment Of Arthritis?
Good evening, yes I have a few things the Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar might help....I have an arthritic flare up in the palm of my left hand, I got a shot in it Wednesday . I m wondering what is the dose and procedure I should take to take the Braggs AC Vinegar to help this flare up...My Doctor told me to start taking vitamin B-6 100mg which I will start tonight... Plus may I ask if it is true that drinking this daily will help to loose weight, I m 62 and starting to gain weight....Also I have acid reflex pretty bad and I take Zantac 150mg 2x s a day and Dexilant 30mg once a day....I really need help and direction but don t want to make my acid reflex worse.. Thank you and have a Happy Thanksgiving.... :) YYYY@YYYY I can t believe I went through this to find out in the end that there is a $15.00 fee....sad
