Hi DarwinDoll,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum,
I am really sorry about this. You can definitely contact a plastic surgeon or a facio-maxillary surgeon at your place they can be some help to you. Do not feel sad, there are many people in the world who are blind/deaf mute/without hands/legs, so compared to them you have been blessed with everything intact. Do not worry about your appearance just learn to ignore. Cheer-up, concentrate on your talents and you can definitely come out with flying colors.
Good Luck

Regards

Hi I had oral surgery to remove a front upper tooth and also to prep my other front teeth for a bridge. Dentist also did a scaling of my teeth where they go up into the gums to remove tarter. In addition they performed a laser treatment where they use a laser to kill bacteria up under the gums. 2 days after the minor surgery I have pain in my left jaw. It feels like an infection type of pain rather than pain from my jaw being worked on. I fear I have an infection but the pain is not in the front of my teeth where the actual work was done but the pain is in my jaw. Any thoughts on what might be the problem? Thanks.

Hi Dr. Grief, was recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and I know the cutoff level is 3.5 and mine was a 9 so my doctore is referring me to an Endocrinogolist however I haven t heard back from them and I have called everyday and left messages. I know I need a referall which is why they are handling it but wonder is this a true Emergency other than that fact that I am having severe symptoms. I also wondering if nausea and vommiting are symptons as well. Any advice you can product on this or if I need to just go to the ER please let me know and Thank You so much for your response and time. Lisa Piechocki
