Is An Extra Dose Of Tramadol Advisable For Severe Pain In Ankle?

I have taken Tremoda SR100 3 hours ago to control pain in my left foot (broken ankle/toe). I still have pain, is it safe to take an immediate release Tremodo 50mg to see if pain goes away, or should I take another SR100? I have taken 150mg yesterday as immediate release and today is my first day on SR100. It worked well for the first 2 hours but now pain control is mild. Previous medication was tramadol immediate release 50mg tablets - 1-4 daily, a month ago (I have re-injured my foot). Thank you very much if you are able to guide me to make the safest choice. HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, I always advise my patient those come to me with pain, that try to bear the pain as hard as you could with the medicine or without the medicine and you would get best analgesic effect once the threshold of pain achieved so better not to repeat the dose of drug hope this information helps.
