Is An Extra Azithromycin Dosage Advisable For A Penicillin Allergic Person?
I had dental surgery in mexico on Friday. My disclosure statement indicated allergy to penicillin. Dentist gave me a penicillin class antibiotic. I checked online and it was contraindicated for my allergy. The next day I a got Azithromycin 5oo gram. The amoxocilin regime was 3 a day for 5 days. Should I take more than one per day of Azithromycin 500gr. I have taken one every 24 hours starting 24 hours after the surgery. I have tolerated this medicine in the past . I am 67 180 pounds in good health\/
