Is Amniotic Fluid Level Of 6-7 In 9th Month Dangerous?

I am in 9the month of pregnancy my doctor advicied me for sonography and in report of it there are amniotic fluid level is 6-7 so he told me to go for sccissior imidetaly but when I consulted to other doctor she told me nothing worried about it & amniotic fluid can be increased by saline like ala min fructodex & RL will you give me best opinion because I am in two mind & confused it is very urgent thanks..!

If the fluid is decreasing at 9th month, then it would be better to undergo a doppler study.. if doppler is abnormal, the patient has to be delivered immediately.. If doppler is normal, follow up every 3rd day to see for amniotic fluid level and doppler.. At any point if doppler is abnormal deliver immediately otherwise you can followup till expected date.. It AFI on the expected date is less than 6, then C section would be desired then normal because with decreased liquor, normal delivery will be difficult.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
