Is A Small Purpura Spot On The Lower Lip Corner Due To Clopidogrel?

I think I have a small spot of purpura on the corner of my lower lip. I take clopidogrel. It says that could be a side affect. Had my yearly physical today and Nurse PA looked at it and said it looked like it might be a bruised spot possibly done in my sleep. I sleep with a CPAP and use a full face mask. Never had this happen before and I have not bumped my lip. Came up Saturday and may go away on it s own. PA did not recommend any action. Going back in two weeks for them to go over the results of my bloodwork.
