What is the meaning of impression. Small gallbladder polyp Normal sonogram of the liver, bile ducts, and spleen.......... Gallbladder is adequately distended.a 0.3 cm echogenic focus is seen adherent to tha wall Wall is not thickened.there is no pericholecystic fluid.

polyp means the grape like thing which is adherent to gall bladder ..as the gall bladder wall is not thickened and there is no fluid surrounding gall bladder and there is no gall stone it means there is no gall bladder disease ..
gall bladder is normal
