Another impression- non obstructive right renal calculus of 9*4 nmm noted. Another impression - small calcific density measuring 4 mm noted in right adnexal region outside of the course of ureter ..may represent phiebolith... ...

Yes, if there is urethral stone without obstruction, then it can be treated with drugs. You may take tab. Cystone.

It is a Himalayan drug company product. Increase fluid intake.
