Is a non-itchy rash on the chest and stomach after sexual intercourse a cause for concern?

I have recently been getting a non itchy rash on my chest and stomach after sex, I’m not sure if it’s an allergic reaction to my partner or potentially sperm? It’s not itchy and doesn’t bother anything except for being quite red with no feel. It disappears after 30-45 min should I be concerned?

Hello,

There could be several reasons to it, we may presume it to be redness of skin that may occur due to the surface of a body part being rubbed with the other.

This usually is a case due to the sensitivity of the skin. In another case, it could be due to weakness, or due to hormonal changes in your body.

I suggest keeping a check on how often it is happening to you, which will help a medical practitioner or a psychologist in giving you the right piece of advice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
