Is A Negative Urine Pregnancy Test Conclusive?

Hi, I am currently going through tests for pregnancy, however all have come back to be negative both blood and urine, I have all the pregnancy symptoms and I am waiting for a ultrasound scan! Is this common to find out you are infact pregnant with negative tests but it shows on the scan?

I understand your concern.
Blood pregnancy test is almost confirmed.
USG scan show pregnancy earliest by 5-6 weeks of pregnancy while pregnancy test Blood) is positive around your expected date of menses.The pregnancy test confirms raised human chorionic Gonadotrophin- which is diagnostic of conception.
* So I don' think USG reports will ever be devoid of pregnancy test positivity.
* Your pregnancy like signs may be due to hormonal imbalance.Please go to gynecologist, for examination, hormone assays & treatment
