Is A Missed Period With Stomach Soreness A Sign Of Pregnancy?

For a over a month now I have been making myself sick after meals but in the last two weeks I have stopped. I have missed my period by two weeks now and my stomach is quite hard and sore when I touch it. I’m really worried, I am sexually active. Could I be pregnant or could the fact I’ve been making myself sick have anything to do with it?

The chance of pregnancy couldn't be ruled out.. Get a urine pregnancy test done.. If negative you can get treatment for gastritis.. Stomach pain with mild discomfort asks occurs in early pregnancy.. Hope I have answered your query.. Good day..
