Is A Hole In The Lung Of A Newborn Baby Due To Delayed Labor?

My baby was born full term but had a hole in her lung and was not breathing when she came out (via c section) and was then placed in the NICU for a month. I was in labor for 40 hours before they took me to surgery...would this have anything to do with the hole forming?
