Is A Hemorrhoid Post An Ablation A Concern?

I think I might have a hemorrhoid . I noticed it Saturday. I ve been coughing for a while now, also. So tonight I noticed blood/felt blood. Will I need to see a dr.? I also had an ablation 3 weeks ago and right after had problems going (felt like I was passing a softball) for the first 2-3 days...been fine until Saturday. What should I do?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Add fiber to your diet slowly to avoid problems with gas.
- Use topical treatments. Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream, suppository containing hydrocortisone, use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm or sitz bath.

Hope my answer was helpful.
Kind regards!
