Is A Creatinine Level Of 3.16 Dangerous?

Hi, I recently had a kidney test called KFT Serum that showed that my Urea is 98.00mg/dL and Creatinine is 3.16mg/dL and Alkaline Phosphate is 219U/L. Is this dangerous or life-threatening, what can I do to reduce it. What is your Opinion. Thank You.
