Is Zifi Effective In The Treatment Of Stomach Infection In An Infant?

Hi, my baby is 3 month old & is passing green poop since a week, my pead gave him econorm 1/2 in morning & eve but no effect for 5 days, then he asked me to do stool test. The results say Greenish, Watery, Mucus present, pH acidic (6.0), occult blood present, pus 90-95 clumps/hpf, RBC 3-5/hpf, stool macrophages 3-5/hpf Lactose intolerance Reducing substance Present++++ Doc has asked me to give him Zifi drops 1ml morning & eve each Kindly guide me, I m worried
