OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Finding 30-30 pus cells per hpf in urine is indicative of urinary tract infection and you should get your urine culture and sensitivity test done so that appropriate antibiotics can be started.
Urinary tract infection can lead to preterm labour and delivery, intrauterine growth restriction in fetus
Hence, it should be actively treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.

OBGYN Dr. Smarika Dubey's  Response
HELLO DEAR
I understand your concern, dear your report correlate with the finding of UTI .
Pregnancy increases the chances of UTI , and UTI is not normal during pregnancy. Persistent infection can affect the health of baby and can cause IUGR. Thus to prevent persistent UTI start antibiotic and drink lot of water.
thanks
