Is Tres-orix Forte Syrup Advisable To Increase A Child’s Appetite?

hi, my baby boy is 1 year and 4 months old. his appetite is decreased may be due to teething and if i try to feed him forcefully he vomits. his weight and height is ok and is active playing around. his doctor prescribed him with Tres-orix forte syrup 1/2 teaspoonful daily. is it safe for him and can be helpful in increasing his appetite?
