Is Spironolactone Tablet Advisable For Hair Loss?
I have female pattern hair loss plus vitiligo that i got at the same time. i would like to know if i could take spironolactone or aldactone for the hair loss? I have heart problem now with a pac fib for 10 years i am 63 and take now carvedild 25mg ,levothyroxine100mcg, benazepril 20mg, atrovastatin 20mg , trazodone 50mg,flouoxetine 10mg what meds can i change to help with hair loss and my every day life?
