Is Skyla IUD’s Effectiveness Altered Through Black Cohosh And St. John S Wort Intake?
I have had a Skyla IUD for a few months. It has caused some hormonal mood issues that I am looking to resolve. It was suggested that I take Black Cohosh and St. John s Wart, but I have read that those supplements can alter the effectiveness of the IUD. Is there validity to that? Are they safe to take?
