Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of iron burn on face. You can start Silverex ointment as that stay best for burns. Apart from that take a proper course of antibiotics to subside infection. Avoid exposure to sunlight as it can increase symptoms. Apply soothing lotions on skin. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist without any delay if symptoms keeps on persisting and start treatment after complete examination. Drink plenty of fluids for early recovery.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
