Is Sestamibi Or Tetrofosmin Better For Nuclear Medicine Cardiac Imaging?

Comparing radioimaging nuclear medicine tests for cariology study.....Must be done prior to partial hip replacement surgery of 59 yr old male with changed EKG in the right atrial bundle. A stress test concommitant nuclear med study to be done this Wed. No prior Hx of cardiac or other organ disease. Has asthma and occasional sleep apnea / dyspnea. Has family Hx of Prostate cancer, father and paternal uncles (2); arthritis of hip to be replaced, back iniury post 20 yrs from lifting. Cardiologist wants Sestamib nuc. Med. stress study; literature shows binding of Sestamib to parathyroid (and posssible other endocrine glands) equally to heart. Why not use Tetrofosmin? Know any radiologists that do, better yet, PET-MRI fusion imaging studies, where gamma radiation is 1/8-1/10 the exposure to patient?
