Is Ropinirole The Best Medicine For Restless Leg Syndrome?

I have restless leg syndrome at night so bad that I have to get in HOT water to relax the muscle. Extremely painful! Please advise me of your opinion on what I should take. I was prescribed Ropinirole 0.5 mg. Is that about the best thing on the market for my RLS?

Hi,

Underlying cause of pain would be matter of concern and it has to be treated, the most common cause of leg pain is muscular spasm and it can be well managed with Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, still exact cause of pain need to be found out, it can be due to fibromyalgia, sciatica, and other muscular diseases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
