General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Reglan is not safe while on Seroquel. Taking Regalan together with Seroquel can cause Parkinson-like symptoms and abnormal muscle movements, and combining them may increase that risk. It can also result in a serious movement disorder called tardive dyskinesia which involves muscles in the face and the limbs. You cannot control these movements, and they may not go away even after stopping the medications. I would advise you to take a short acting hypnotic temazepam or zolpidem to get into sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
