Hi doctor...I had small cyst so doctor asked me to take octal l for 21 days .I have finished and its been 1 week got spotting this morning but no continuous bleeding.I had normal periods .also I have abdominal pain .also we planned to go for iui so doctor gave ovral l.... Does normal pregnancy can occur or I should go for iui

Yes, a normal pregnancy can definitely be possible. Better to get done hormone levels to rule out the hormonal imbalance. Once your hormones normalize, you will be alright and able to get pregnant.
