Is Organic Chicken Essence Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor! I m 20 wk pregnant. I m thinking about taking Organic Chicken Essence that has DHA Omega 3 included. I m not sure whether it s safe or not to take everyday. I used to weight 46.5kg, and now I m only 53.5kg. I wan t to boost my weight up. Thank you.

Hello,I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. This may be dome problem in future so for gaining weight you can take fresh vegitable,nutritious diet and protein x powder is also helpful with milk specially. Thanx.
